When will my order ship?
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Transit after shipment is estimated at 4–6 business days.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. New and unused change-of-mind items and damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items are addressed under our Refund Policy. Exchanges depend on review and inventory.
How do returns work?
Request approval before mailing the item. A free prepaid label is included in the parcel, and there is no restocking fee.
When is a refund processed?
Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; bank posting time is separate.
