30-day request period
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. New, unused items may qualify when you change your mind or choose the wrong style. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items may also be reported.
Approval before mailing
Contact anubiwikut180@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photos when needed. Wait for approval and the correct return address before mailing anything; the General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.
Label, fees, and exchanges
A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing or lost, contact us for help. No restocking fee is charged. Eligible exchanges are accepted subject to review and available inventory.
Refund timing
After approval, a refund is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
